Pedro Cordeiro, Founder and Partner

Before founding Eccelera, Pedro was a partner at McKinsey & Company, and had a leading role in the Telecommunications, Media and Marketing practices.

He was responsible for the creation of new businesses in Telecommunications, Media and Financial Institutions. Prior to that, Pedro worked at Procter & Gamble.

Education: BSc and MSc in Nuclear Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Marcelo Safadi, Finance Director

Marcelo worked for 9 years at Procter & Gamble in Information Technology, Logistics, Human Resources, Finance and M&A.

Marcelo is on the advisory board of a family office in charge of Real Estate investments. Prior to that, he was also an engineer at Itautec, a computer manufacturer.

Education: Mechanical Engineer at Universidade de São Paulo (Poli-USP) and specialization in Business Administration (CEAG) at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP)

Flavio Mantesso F, Business Director

Flavio worked for 7 years at the Real Estate business, at Colliers International, IMAN and Tenda, and for 3 other years managing expansion at Tyco and GE.

Education: Business Administration (FAAP), post graduated in Real Estate Business (FAAP) and MBA studies in Real Estate (University of Reading), UK.


Albano Gonçalves, Administrative Director / Compliance Officer

Albano worked for Monitor Group and McKinsey & Company.

Education: Business Administrator and specialization in Finance from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP) and Executive MBA from Business School São Paulo (BSP)
